Language Practice
Language Practice Facilitator
Lead or co-lead weekly Zoom sessions for language learners. You will guide conversations, encourage participation, and create a welcoming environment for learners of all levels.
What you will do:
- Facilitate structured conversational practice in English or Spanish
- Welcome new participants and set the tone for each session
- Adapt activities to different skill levels within the group
- Provide gentle corrections and encouragement
Ideal for:
Comfortable speaking English or Spanish and enjoy helping others learn. No teaching degree required.
Social Media
Social Media Volunteer
Create social media content for small nonprofits that lack marketing resources. You will design posts, write captions, and help amplify their mission online.
What you will do:
- Design Instagram posts and stories using Canva
- Write captions and develop hashtag strategies
- Coordinate with nonprofit partners on content goals
- Contribute to content calendars and scheduling
Ideal for:
Enjoy social media and design. We provide Canva training -- no prior design experience needed.
